I have lived at espana for 5 yrs. the office staff has always been very helpful and nice(they always wave and know my name).The maintenance staff has always been timely answering any service calls I have had.They go out of their way to make you feel at home,and to make your home nice and comfortable.I live by one of the pools,it is always clean and warm when its open in the summer.The staff monitors the pools and keeps the noise down and people out that don't live there.You may not always get a parking spot outside your apt. but they have plenty of overflow parking thats not far away.(reading some of the other reveiws you would think you had to park on the moon).I've never had a problem parking.I have two neighbors who have lived here since this place opened 25 or 30 yrs ago .They have high praises of the staff and management.I really like it here and have no intentions of moving until I can afford to buy a home of my own.
