Don't move in coz its less!! its not worth it

The place is very old...and starts leaking when there is a heavy rainfall. Water starts dripping in from the light fixtures. It takes 3-4 days to dry the carpet...they put in huge & very noisy air blowers. And during winters even if you keep the temperature at maximum....there will be an air draft seeping in thru some cracks...and the temp doesn't raise over 60 degrees. Very ppor insulation. They do not maintain the outside of the complexes...they are full of cobwebs and dusty. Overall I would say its better to pay 50$ more and stay in a better complex than here.
