I would not recommend moving into Espana apartments. Even before we moved in, we noticed that there were several things that needed attention to such as the porch, broken drawers and very old appliances. The apartment wasnt even clean when we moved in. One month after we moved in, we noticed that the stove stopped working. We notified management who promptly sent someone to look at it. Maintenence said that everything was working fine. They also said that the heater was working fine as well. Until now (well into winter season) we still dont have a heater, nor a stove to cook our meals on. The fridgerator is extremely small and the freezer stops working sometimes and often builds up large amounts of ice after only after a week of cleaning.
Even if the rent might be reasonable, the quality of the units are very poor and you would be better off paying a little extra for a nicer place. (unless you dont mind not having a heater in the dead of winter).
Moving out DEFINATELY next month!

I totally understand your situation. We had this last winter. We had to stay for 2 months before the heating was fixed. They brought a sleezy room heater which doubled our electric bill. Our deck was inspected twice but never fixed. I hope some one takes some legal action against them.
