Good value for the space

Currently living here in a 1BR/1Bath apartment with 750sq/ft. Paying $760/mo. This is the best deal I found around the Bellevue/Redmond area. Although I looked at about a dozen other apartments that were newer, they were pretty small and didn't compare to the apartment as Espana (with respect to space).

Cons: Single layer glass windows (poor insulation), Old cupboards/kitchen cabines/closet doors etc, no covered parking

Pros: Clean, Spacious, Good value.
