Awful Deal! Stay Away!

Expect to feel like your pay check has been hijaked at every lease renewal. Minimum rent incerases seem to range 15% every time your lease expires. Expect rent increase notice at the last possible minute that the law allows so that you are cornered into signing a lease with a rent increase or a couple of months of even higher rate without lease renewal. In other words, sign a lease for a $15% increase or stay another month or two while you look, without a lease and pay an additional 20% increase instead.
The gardens... Good lord, they were bad enough when they were overgrown, tracking pine needles into your apartment every time you walk in. Now they have torn up the greenery in the entrance road and the needles are still everywhere. It looks butt ugly and you get what you see and then some.
Chipping paint in the unit that I have requested touch ups for 2 weeks, no news as to when they plan to come touch up the paint. Running toilet for months, still no news on when they plan to come fix it.
If you are looking... LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you live here, MOVE. I AM! The old management was BAD. The new management is WORSE.
