valencia, formerly Espana is a great place to live! I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with these women posting all these negative comments, other than the fact that they're either menopausal or just on the rag. the mildew is no problem. the ghosts are non-existant. the parking, currently does suck due to remodeling and the plants they shove outside are somewhat distracting from penetrating your maiden but despite all that the community is in basic words perfect. the location of this palace is excellent if you are a student regardless of the location of the near-by high school and the traffic digestion that causes. the creeking of the floors is somewhat of a nuesiance when you're cooking but you get over that quickly when the fire alarm is set off and you're stuck fanning out the place. the heaters and fan work perfectly, if yours doesn't learn to operate a ------- switch. the only complaint i have is that the power outlet that i use to draw 20000 watts of energy from is oddly connected to a weird switch that guests love to flip when they're going to push out the 20 gallons of fluids that're fed to them. if you love street life and want an escape from the white culture that is bellevue move to this place.

I definitely agree with the above sentiment. For the price, luxurious accomodations & not to mention the premium you pay for the Spanish theme it's worth every dime. The hookers stay away from the complex during their evening runs as well as the drug dealers and I've had absolutely no problems with them in terms of price and availability. The staff is extremely knowledgeable not to mention honest and professional. I feel as if I am living in a family-run bed & breakfast in the heart of southern hospitality. Jim
