worst place i've ever lived, unless your into rude office staff, poor parking and crapy appartments... oh not to mention the people who hang out in the parking lot till the middle of the night blasting their music and those who use it to sell drugs. we signed a one year lease, big mistake. Everything looks very nice on the surface when you move into the apartment and then everything starts to fall apart. Our dish washer has never worked right, the bath tub backs up and our bedroom door actually fell right off the hinges... Renter beware and stay far away from here!

Please help me! I don't know what to do. My friend put a security deposit on this place and wants me to move in with her. I have heard really bad things about this place and am ultimately really concerned about my safety. Our apartment would be around back and I don't even feel comfortable walking around to it at night without mace. Please let me know what you think.

Things have improved a little since they hired an on site security guard, but still i wouldn??????t recommend this place to anyone. That being said, I know that it is cheap compared to other places on the east side which is hard to find and if you take it for what it is, it's do-able. Just make sure you lock your car and apartment and the mace doesn't hurt either. I have lived here for a year and a half and haven't really had any run ins with anyone. Hope this helps!
