The most terrible place i've ever live in ever!! First I ask if the parking is good when i went to check it out the lady said " Oh we have lots of parking no problem at all the place is very secure theres patrol all the time" yadayada on and on. 3 weeks after i moved in my car got broken in, 5 weeks later my tires got stolen, a couple of day later 5 cars got broken into. Thank god i sign the lease for 6 months even that I am guilty of making the decision to live here. I pay $1145 for a one bed room. that have to listen to the noise of up stair when they walk and have to listen to them have sex at night. No such thing as privacy. The GYM, only 4 tradmill and a weight machine real stinky. about a week or so i have to call police on the freakin drunk drug kids right outside my apt cause they were so lound. Good job checking criminal report.
And then they come up with "reserve parking" theres a permitt only parking spot and then the reserve parking. If you want to reserve a spot pay $35 a month on top of rent.
So I am moving out of course! To the Belmont Place where about 2blocks away. Better location next to safeway and gas station. I will be paying $ 850 per month plus $40 for a GARAGE , water garbage and sewer included. WAsher in dryer inside MY aprtment same 750 sq feet as valencia better staff and better response from the staff. DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!!!!!! I WARN YOU, YOU WILL REGRET LIVING THERE DOESNT MATTER HOW LONG!!!!!!!!!

OH AND A PET RENT IS $200 PER MONTH PER CAT LOL HOW ------
WASHER AND DRYER ARE SUPER DUPER SMALL STACK ON TOP OF EACH OTHER

I moved out of this place 3 years ago....and this is the same crap that was going on when I lived there. You'd think with all of those rent increases they would have turned the place around. I guess not!

I have been lived in 3 years...and it got worse and worse every year. The management spent a lots of money to remodel the office, to repave the parking every year, to beautify the landscape, and to re-paint the exterior. However, the interior is still crap and slump. The rent raise like rocket. It has been raised for at least 20%, and they decide to raise more due to less people able to get mortgage in this bad market. Recently, the apartment become unsecured. It is visited by police so frequently. Last Sunday Nov 2, the apartment entrance was blocked by police. At least 10 police car park at the parking lot. Police officers were guarding the every path of the building entrance. Something huge was happening, but I don't know what. Later on, the apartment manager explained that was caused by someone was trying to commit suicide at the unit. I really doubt it because I don't see an ambulance to get stand by. Also,you don't need two dozen police officers to surround the apartment building. Anyway, I will move out soon once my contract is expired.
