I moved into Valencia in December/2007. Anyone who calls the eastside Ghetto cracks me up!! I've heard of worse... Since the new owners took over they did a very nice remodel in my opinion. I really like the unique mediterranian style of the property. I've read some of the reviews and feel fortunate that I have not had the same experience. My neighbors are very friendly and only 1 has changed the whole time I've lived here. I've never had a parking issue. There are times when I got home very late and had to park on the side street but thats to be expected when I'm coming home weee hours of the morning. :). Also, the clubhouse is so pretty I've personally thrown 2 birthday parties there and had 2 friends move in. The staff has been nothing but pleasant to me and I've only had to call maintenance 2 times for normal maintenance issues. K bldg ROCKS!
