Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Lived here for a year and a half. Had problems with getting repairs and general maintenance requests completed (screens, damaged tiles, broken light fixtures). Came home from work one day to find another car parked in my space. Turns out someone in the office assigned my staff to a new resident.
The rent was lowered considerably some 12 months ago. The residents changed from working professionals, some elderly, and families to an influx of young 20-something types. With that came problems with parties, noise, public drinking, vandalism and most recently the burglarising of 6 units in the complex.
