What ever you decide, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Management is a total waste of air. Does not care about anything except your rent checks.
Parking is a total nightmare. The stupid gates break all the time. Cars stolen or broken into almost every month. Neighbor had his brand new explorer stolen and the car next to his broken into the same night.
Too many of the low rent crowd in this place. It's freaking Red-Neck heaven here.
On move out, management will make some dumb-ass excuse to charge for the cleaning fee and not return the refundable deposit. Will make up stuff like the outside of the windows are dirty, back of the stove is not clean, ....
There are way better places out there than this one. Go find them!!!
