I lived here for two years. Do not expect to receive back your deposit. I was overcharged "for apartment damage" almost $1600.00. One stein on the carpet cost me the entire carpet replacement (a spot that was already there when I moved in!). All minor stuff like nail holes or scratches will cost you an eye and a leg. I did not feel safe in this place. Cars are usually stolen, and burglaries are a main issue.
