I have been quite happy living here. It's in a great location and the property and apartments are very nice. I just renewed my lease for another year because I like it so much. I have had no problems with management or anything else, so I have no complaints there. In an earlier posting I read about someone getting over billed for move-out expenses and not getting any deposit back. Hopefully I don't run into those issues, but I won't know until I actually move out. Got a great deal on rent when I moved in - $300 off each month, and they are honoring it for my next year's lease...can't complain there.
