I have lived here since Feb. 2003. When I moved in it was a great renters market, got my apartment for almost $300 less a month. Since then the office staff has regularly changed-none of the original employees still work there.
The site itself has become dirty, the elevators are rarely clean. Seems to have taken a down turn in the past few months.
Parking is a nightmare. Just as one person said before, after changing to keyless entry we got suckered into paying $200 more. For a 2 bedroom apartment you get 1 parking spot, and additional one is $100 a month! Then you have to pay an additional $50 for an opener to get into your spot, it is crazy! Recently got a new car and feel better parking it on the street than in the garage!
Have called maintenance 3 times since living here. The first time it was because the washer/dryer was broken. Maintenance man found nothing wrong, and it is still broken. Second time was in the snow storm when the heater stopped working-said they would TRY to get someone up that day!!! It was the FREEZING!
Price is okay, but would recommend looking elsewhere-esp. accross the street at Avalon.
