Just moved out. The management was always pretty nice. Maintenance was prompt. Living on 112th was NOISY!!!!!!!!!!! It seems to be a major road for semi-trucks, and the noise will wake you up at nights. You do eventually get used to it. The hallways were always a bit smelly, with little to no ventilation, so you end up smelling whatever weird ethnic foods your neighbours are cooking, plus the garbage from the little shaft-room, and what have you.
The courtyard is a joke. It is really tiny and I never saw anyone hanging out there or in the jacuzzi. It's in the dead center of all the buildings so anyone looking out their windows/patio doors can see you AND hear your conversations echoing throughout. As far as IN the apartment, you can't ever hear your neighbours. It's great!
Otherwise you get what you pay for. The commute is super easy and you can walk virtually everywhere in DT Bellevue. Garage parking is steep, but that's what you get for choosing to live DT.
