Pros:
1. Close to offices.
2. small but nice gym.
3. Has recycling bins.
Cons:
1. They waived the deposit for us but they made us pay hefty cleaning fee when we moved out. We kept the apartment very clean. Landlord showed little dust on the corner and said the apartment needs deep clean. I lived in this area for more than 5 years and never have to pay this much. So if they are waiving move in fee means they are going to charge you later.
2. You have to pay additional 55 dollars for parking. Guest parking has very few slots which are always occupied. If you are planning to invite guests then it would be a nightmare for them to find parking. If you park on the road in the morning for more than few hours then you will get a ticket. Dont be surprised if your parking spot is taken by a neighbours guest.
3. Rentals rates are in the high range.
4. Pets are allowed so expect some rude pet owners. This has nothing to do with the apartment management.
