We just moved in and when I did the move-in inspection the blinds were very dirty and the apartment had only been lightly cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned but when I came back the blinds were still coated with grease and the apartment was not cleaned. I called and spoke to the Leasing Cosultant who was very nice. The Maintance Supervisor came out and immediately ordered all new blinds for us! He also has come within one day and replaced a light fixture, snaked the drains and cleaned under all the appliances.
These things should have been done prior to move-in however I am still happy since he has taken care of these things. It is all about how things are handled and I have been very impressed with how things have been handled so far. The Manager and Assistant Manager are both very nice to work with as well.
