I know it's Bellevue, I know it's downtown, but really.. how arrogant could you be'
I'm not a current tenant and I won't be. I just think people should know how they treat the potential tenant. I only cringe thinking how they treat the tenants come moving out time. After experiencing it first hand how they treat me when I call, I wholeheartedly believe all the negative reviews the former tenants wrote about them.
I passed the property often on my way to work so when I saw their ad. I thought I'd give it a call and see how much this fancy place cost. I am currently living in Bellevue downtown myself but am considering to move out if there's cheaper place. I called them about the special they advertised and the lady who answered the call was arrogant, so unhelpful and insulting at the end. She went around and around on their specials saying unless I came in and put money to reserve the apartment she could not give me the exact rent amount. She basically did not give ANY clear information and was rude & inpatient when she actually said anything. It's her who was wearing out my patience because she was so confusing, yet I did not even show it. She must be a lazy retard or just so eager to milk you for your money right away. Who would come to view an apartment if it's not even worth viewing because certain factors are obviously not going to work. That's why people call before considering to view something!!!! There are information you can give to ppl who are interested in your property through the phone conversation without them having to come in first! No people do not just call to schedule a viewing right away! They're wasting your time' How about you wasting their time potentially by making them come and then disclose the rent amount that's not even worth it!
I don't understand why she could't calculate the number based on the information I gave her, on my moving date, my intended lease time and the unit I was interested in.
She said at the end, condescendingly that there were a lot of other people who were interested and wouldn't waste her time. Well, with that kind of attitude, "Good luck!"
Don't waste your time with that place. Even if the apt is great and you don't mind the overly expensive rent, please don't give these people your hard earned money.
