It's OK

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Great location. Second foor has an awesome high celling. Second bedroom is very small. Carpets were very old and dark. Great living room. Management team fixes everything quickly however they tend to come up with some stupid laws such as keep your blinds all the way down to make the complex look good.
Screw them :)
