The place looks promising and doesn't deliver. The managers have stupid rules (besides the one about the blinds) and they manage the pool poorly (closing it in the middle of summer for maintenance; don't you have fall, winter and spring to do that' I mean, really). The vaulted ceilings do make the top apartments nice. Everything else looks ordinary. In the end though, it all comes down to this: The owners don't seem to care about the tenants, only about how the place looks from the outside. Too pricey for what you get in return. Go elsewhere.
