I lived in these apartments for a year and although the rent is cheap you definitely get what you pay for. However, you do get to live like you are living with your parents as the managers of the complex really like thier ridiculous rules. One being that you have to keep your blinds "down and uniform" as the contract states. In addition, to the silly rules they do have mold issues in the apartments. On more than one occasion I had to address the issue with the managers...and in turn I was told to go put some bleach on it. In addition, they also really like to stick it to you with the occupancy rules. So if you are a couple living in a 1 bedroom apartment and decide to have a baby you had better expect a note on your door shortly thereafter stating that you are over the maximum occupancy rules. The letter will go on to say you must move into a two bedroom in the complex or move elsewhere. Not a really fun place to live unless you like the feel of living with your parents again!
