I agree with the previous tenant who wrote about the mold. It's a huge problem. They also have a HUGE spider problem which has never been addressed. The managers seem to be very accomodating, but never actually fix the leaky faucets and electrical problems. Instead, they repainted the buildings and continually perform annoying landscaping work. And yes, they have RIDICULOUS policies about the window blinds needing to be "down and uniform". [Probably because it slows the mold growth.] And I should site that the rent goes up every six months. Each time, the flyer states "we have not had a considerable rate increase since 9/11." When you're rent goes from $620 to $850 in four years (and threatening an increase to $900) - apparenting that's not considered a "considerable" increase. GO ELSEWHERE

I find it so hard to read these rediculous reviews that you and a few others have written. First everyone know that mold in an apartment is do to moisture such as super hot showers and plants, we live in Seattle, it rains!!!! If you dont leave a window in the house open just a little but then expect to have mold where ever you go. As for expensive rent your crazy to find rent in Downtown Bellevue for anything cheaper than it is here and to go from 620 to 850 in FOUR year that only $50 buck a year your lucky I've experienced $100 rent increases a year and had to deal with god awful managers!!! I have never had a problem, and if I even need something fixed its always done in a timely response if not the same day!!! Westridge has been an enjoyable and wonderful place to live! Im glad they have the rules here that they do such as the "uniform Blinds" it keep the trash out if you will! I give them 5 stars!!!
