The place is filled with both -------- and -------. Neither can drive. There have been murders at this complex, just check the Seattle Times archive. The car break-in rate is astronomical. During my stay, my car, my neighbors car, and my friend's neighbors car were all broken into.

The maintenance staff is terrible, they don't speak English. The management staff is even worse, they're white trash. Some of the larger buildings are infested with "silverfish" that crawl up the drains. I even brought a live specimen into the management staff but they refused to do anything about it. I tried pouring bleach down the drains to stop them from climing up, but it did not help.

The apartment itself was not good. It lacked overhead lighting in all areas other than the kitchen and bathroom. I had to move from the Woodlands side to the Foothills within a two days of my initial move-in because of safety reasons. The management refused to transfer my $500 deposit to the new aparment and increased my rent. So I had to pay twice. Then they refused to refund the amount stating that it was "non-refundable."

The entire place was disgusting. The elevator would often malfunction. I was trapped on 3 separate occasions within 6 months. People will steal your clothing from the laundry room if you don't watch it. There are many illegal immigrants at the complex. The lighting in the parking lot at night is terrible. I would only recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
