My experience at Foothill Commons has been satisfactory unlike the opinion of others. I found this website by mistake and found it necessary to offer my opinion not to defend the staff who were or are there but to balance the comments.

I am a paying tenant of Foothill Commons since March 1999. And, 1-year before that on the Woodland Commons.

If you need or want something from your management's office, ask wisely and respectfully. Don't demand!

The staff at the rental office are friendly, even after a visit from a steamed tenant. They bend over backward and goes the extra mile to satisfy your need.

Please remember, it is not always their fault. If everyone, tenants and managements alike, only help upkeep your apartment then there would be better result.

I ENJOY LIVING HERE BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE OFFICE STAFF RESPONDS TO MY NEED. THE LOCATION, AND MY RENT HAS BEEN VERY AFFORDABLE. The maintenance are friendly and responsive. The rental office is always open where there is always someone to assist you.

I think you are forgetting that apartment living is all about respect and consideration. If you can't do this, buy a house.

I cannot say enough about the pleasant hospitality.
