Worth for Money

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I stayed in this apt complex from June 2001 - March 2004. Over all, I enjoyed my stay. You can manage, even if you don't own a car. Walgreens is just opposite and Safeway&Staples are 4 blocks behind. There are 2 bus stops near the apt complex. If you work in downtown seattle, there is a bus which takes you direct there during rush hours.
I aggree to the noise level. Many people are not concerned about their neighbors. But maintenance guys are very good, they tend to the needs very quickly. Management is not very good though. Apartments look
old from inside and outside. Elevators and Corridors have old carpets and stained walls. But rooms are very spacious and you get good day light. Large Balconies and extra storage in the balcony are very helpful. During my stay, I never heard of any robbery. You always get a parking spot and there is enough light in the parking lot. Covered Parking is expensive and they charge 25$. Over all, you get value for money.
