Ok place if you're on a budget

I've lived at the Commons for a little over 2.5 years now. It's certainly not the nicest place available in Bellevue, but price is my primary criteria and this place is priced right. Compared to other properties in the same price range, this one is very competitive. The rent hasn't gone up at all since I moved in. $750 a month isn't bad for a 675 square foot 1 bed/1 bath in Bellevue. The office staff is nice (I get packages delivered there all the time) and on the few occasions I've had to ask for maintenance, they have always had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. Qwest DSL (640k/256k) is available. The laundry facility kinda sucks (dirty). It's always busy during peak times (Saturday/Sunday mornings, etc.) but if you go in the afternoon or evening hours it isn't too busy. I can hear my upstairs neighbors all the time (walking around, etc.) but never hear the ones on the sides. I think the people upstairs from me are just loud. Parking is good, I never have trouble finding a spot. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
