Woodland Commons is a dump. Inconsiderate neighbors and incompetent maintanence personel. The office personel are only concerned with taking your money and lying to you. Don't expect to get all of your deposit back because they will rip you off when you move out. There is very little insulation in the walls so it is very noisy. Pictures and windows rattle when people either close their doors or from just walking around. Overall appearance is very run down and dirty.
