stolen vehicle parking

I just got my truck back that was stolen 8 months ago. It was in the Woodland Commons Parking lot for 8 months with a broken window. No one checked to see if it was stolen. The management had the vehicle impounded when the tags expired. The towing company reported the vehicle and it was discovered to be stolen. I paid the impound fees and was told by the towing company that they pull stolen vehicles from this place frequently, that it is a dumping ground for stolen cars. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
