Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Easy access to Bellevue but noisey and a lot of punks. The office staff was nice and most of the maintenance persons were helpful except for the maint. sup., this guy who always showed up drunk and stubbling around, I don't know what his problem was. The buildings weren't in the greatest shape, and the cheapest materials were used!
