Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The walls were paper thin, there was an incurable smell under the bathroom sink, and our neighbors were constantly getting chased by the police.
Also, we kept getting this black filmy (mildew' soot') all over our apartment. We couldn't figure out what it was, but regardless of how often we dusted, it got all over everything (appliances, windows, bedding). We reported it to the leasing agents, but I doubt it was ever dealt with.
On their website profiles, they make it look a LOT nicer than it really is. Don't be fooled by the polite leasing agents--this is no place to live.
