in my building the hallways are shared and it is used as a nusery for all the neighbors.
they send there kids out untill midnight. They send them out when those kids are bad and they sit out there and sream and cry. they ride there bikes in the hallway. one time i heard this banging and went out to see what it was and it was this 5year old girl banging the floor with a hammer. they sound like elephants and they are really little kids without supervision and when you try to talk to the parents they suddenly dont speak english.they have parties and put all of thier furniture in the hallway so you cant get in to your own door and then play indian techno dance music late on weeknights. but a friend of mine lives in A-5 and he doesn't have any problems.
