Foothill commons are the ghetto of bellevue. if you move here, don't expect to be able to breathe, as it wreaks permanently of curry. all the tenants are either indian or hispanic, my car radio was recently stolen, and i've met other tenants who've encountered the same ordeal. The interiors are ugly, and outdated. The management is okay to deal with, make sure you buy a car alarm and plug your nose.
