I've never seen or heard of a comple that is so lazy and unwilling to to any kind of upkeep. There are multiple large holes in thte drywall, the complex stinks, everything is outdated and not taken care of, the washers and dryers only work 50% of the time, it takes weeks to get them fixed, there's not even close to enough washers or dryers, it's always loud, the management staff does nothing to make the complex better. One morning I found a burnt matchbook on the carpet in the stairway that had burned a 6 inch hole in the carpet and nothing was done about it. The building is completely unsecure. The doors usually remain open and even if they're closed anyone and everyone can come in. Cars are routinely broken into. This complex has no redeeming qualities. Don't live here unless you have too. I personally would rather live in a box, it would be nicer.
