This is the only company right now that has a bed bug contract with there pest control company,,,,hmmm should be a good thing but any one who has that bad of an infestation of bed bugs are not going to get rid of them any time soon,a matter of fact as soon as someone relizes they have them they move and just keep spreading them.. the rats got so bad that that the same company had to treat one apt for rats that had been infested for over 3 and a 1/2 years but the people would just move out and they would let the next unknowing person move in. If the bugs dont move you out, the mold problem which has made many people very sick will... They cleaned the mushrooms of my bedroom wall for me and put more paint...ohhhh And, the bimbos in the office wont give you any info about anything that really goes on here, unless you sit outside the ofice door and here it for you self, they must think know one can here'''
Debbie seems to be to hung over to know whats going on, Alene just pretends no one is in front of her and she will get to you soon as she is off her cell phone, And Nicole seems to be the only one smart enough to have a job there to start with in the first place .... well just because im not from this country does not mean I should be treated in the manner this place has treated me!!!

Oh I remember that Debbie ----- from the most horrendous three months of my life when I lived there. People, you need to stay away from this place!

Oh my goodness!!! The VERY first day I moved in I could NOT wait to move out!!! I was in need of a place ASAP and it seemed decent enough! However, my assumption was quickly turned down when I had to use the elevater to the third floor to move in. When we had originally checked this place out they conviniently took us up the back stairs to our apt which was located at the end of a hall way. By doing this we didn't have to take the pee'd on carpeted walls of the elevater. DISGUSTING!!!! And the floor was ALWAYS sticky! Everytime I "had" to take it (Single Mom with hands full of groceries, laundry, whatever, and son in toe) It smelled so AWEFUL I about threw up several times. Most times my son and I would have a contest to see if we could jsut hold our breath the entire ride up!! The mold was a HUGE problem in our apt!! I had black mold growing all over the place and they would just paint over it! Also told me that black mold is the "renters problem" and they do not have to take care of that for you. There was mold growing on my ceiling and around the window in the bedroom. I had a concern with the tiles in the spare bath starting to "bubble" out and away from the surface. I made them replace the tiles and made sure I was there during the gutting and replacement of tiles. You should have seen all the black mold growing. They tried to tell me it was just wet wall board and it turns that color! Then he put more tiel right over the top of it. The smells down the hallways were DISGUSTING!!! NO VETILATION!! Nothing against the ethnic foods cooked there but ALL of the smells put together and enclosed in the hallways was HORRID!! The smell would even come into the apt at times!!! I was told stories by neighbors about countless numbers of throwup seen in the carpet. I encountered underage kids in the hallway hanging out on the stairs drinking. Our electricity was a HUGE CONCERN! Everytime we plugged something in it would create a HUGE spark and shock the dickens out of us! I made them replace all but do wonder if there is not some kind of electrical problem. In one bathroom everytime something was pluged in it would blow circuits!! I would NEVER recomend this place to ANYONE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! A comment was made to me by one of the staff members that turned mty stomach. When I asked if they get jsut as many phone calls from other tenants they said to me, "most are not from "here" and they just live with the conditions. They don't care as much".
