I am currently in the process moving and I am disapointed to leave. I love the grounds and the clubhouse. The managers have been kind and pretty attentive. The neighbors are kind and overall the apartment is very safe. Cons include, sometime garbage is outside(not in dumpster) and rent is high (but what else can you expect in Bellevue!) I was really surprised when I read all the negative reviews of the apartment, because my boyfriend and I had a great experience.
