Cheap rent and no frills

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I've lived there for a little over 3 years. I don't pay a lot which is good. But my car was stolen once. The management is inconsiderate and thoughtless. They don't adhere to their posted hours. I feel like my apartment is a decent size for the rent.
