I signed a 6 month lease and it was supposed to be 3 - but I thought, why have them change it - I'm not going anywhere - BIG mistake! I have to break my lease one month early for an unplanned move out of state. The maintiance staff seem friendly and nice - but the apartment management does not give proper notice to enter your apartment, they are not understanding, and are difficult to deal with. I find the management staff cold and rude when I'm being perfectally polite and respectable. I was supposed to go down to the office to schedule a time for a pre move out inspection, and the inspector just came unannounced before I could even go make an appoitment. They stated they would call me, and they do not. And they don't respond to complaints or work orders in a timely manner. I find no issues with the grounds, or my nieghbors though and I like the apartment. It is just the management side of things that I have issue with.
