The setting is ok - lots of trees - convenient to schools and stores.
Parking places are marked and adequate, but others park in our places, and the Manager doesn't care. She's rude to women - okay with guys. She didn't know I was in the other room when she pulled all the stuff she did with my wife; big change when I showed myself. Staff is pleasant; and very afraid of the Manager and her yelling. They are afraid to make any decisions and won't.
Maintenance - constant turnover - they are under pressure from above; work is shoddy, and Manager gets annoyed if you don't like the work and we asked to have things done right. Takes a long time to get work done. Not a safe place. Cars broken into. Storage broken into. Noisy and partying unsavories. Grounds not cared for. Dumpster areas messy.
Was cheap when we moved here years ago; now expensive and not worth it. We we so glad we got out of there.
