I?m currently a junior at UW. Throughout my three years in the Seattle area, I have lived in four apartment complexes, each six months at a time. I am currently living at Yarrowood Highland and have no intention of leaving. It?s quiet, out of the way, and overall nice play to live. The grounds always look well, D'Andrea (asst. maintenance)and Jerome (In charge of maintenance) are always prompt if you need them, and Michelle (manager)and Collin (part time person) know you by name. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking. It's not a bargain pricewise by any means but you do get what you pay for and then some!

I totally agree! I lived at Yarrowood Highlands 11 years ago, before the remodel, still it was a great place to live and met all of my needs. Great staff, spaceous apt.s, great parking and top notch facilities. Currently I am selling my home and will be moving back to Bellevue with the intention of buying a condo at some point. I'm going to rent for a while first so I've been looking around at other apt.s and am disappointed at the choices out there. YH is a bit more than I had planned to pay for rent, but no doubt, it's the first and only choice for me... if they'll have me.(wink) Now that I've chosen YH, I'm finally excited to make the move that I had been dreading so much.
