Nice place, but expensive!

I've lived here for a year and a half and really enjoy it (especially under new staff). The apartment was renovated prior to my move in and is very tasteful and quiet. The grounds are well cared for and the area is full of family homes. The parking is great and the staff are very helpful. However, it's overpriced compared to the other rental/leasing opportunities out there. We pay over 1,300 a month and I'm sure could find a place for 1,000.
