Too expensive, get you in the end...

Sounds nice, looks nice, but really is a let down. Crown molding is pleasing at first, until you realize it is put there because it is poorly constructed. Leave your doors open, you have a good chance of a stray cat or a squirrel coming inside. Apartments average about 32 degrees naturally, so you have to keep the heat on just to stay functional - so I hope you save another $150 a month just for electricity. When you move out, don't worry about leaving a mess - clean for a week and they they will charge you a cleaning bill (no deposit, they trick you with), and threaten you with collections. Don't let them tell you that it will be gone quick; the apartment across from us was only filled right before the end of our lease.
Pluses: Parking is okay. Noise isnt too bad. The grounds are nice, but you do pay a lot to see them.
