Apartment is high priced and the landlords don?t give you much at all! Just try to go to the Villaggio (Same Owners) and use the facilities they promise you can use when you move in!

I wasn?t too impressed.

There is a high level of noise and the washers and dryers don?t work too well. The clothes are always damp after being in the dryer and the washer leaks water all over the floor.

There are a lot of people in the area with noisy unruly kids and the management could care less if your people let their dogs crap all over the place! There is no security system so anyone can come on the property at any hour.

Someone once stole my groceries when I left them outside my door for just a few minutes. You can?t leave anything unattended at all.

A fire almost started in my apartment too. Smoke started rolling out of my fuse box and my bathroom plug-ins quit working. My phone jack was also broken and the cord wouldn?t stay in the wall.

My air conditioner was old and it would constantly freeze up and would never keep the Apt. cold as they promise when they show you the apt. The fridge was an old fashioned kind of fridge but the one they show you in the model has water and ice in the door'''' Also the air conditioner in the bedroom is so loud it could wake the dead and I had a hard time getting used to it to get a decent night?s sleep.

This place is run by the same people that run the Villaggio down the street and although the manager and maintenance staff here are nice they can only do so much. The place is still run by a bunch of slum lords. I tend to believe the previous positive review was written by the management.
