Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
i'll simply list things that i found out having lived at this place...
1.noisy(many college kids partyin at night and i-405)
2.expensive(if your rent is 1500, be ready to pay additional 200-300 for utilities)
3.no security at all- in fact i found out a yellow convertible vandalized overnight last week and more problems with cars over the year
but,
4.ppl@office seems nice
