Not too bad if you don't mind the serious $ and general annoyances.

The condos have lovely interior appointments -crown molding, granite countertops, marble and hardwood floors, open floorplan, and the grounds are well kept...BUT...They're really costly, especially for not having any ammenities offered other than a pool/hottub, limited recycling possibilites - cans and paper/cardboard only, and are generally noisy - dogs being allowed to bark incessantly without any reprimand or control, people having loud get-togethers at 12:30am in the middle of the week, lawn maintenance as early as 7:30am on Mondays, construction noise throughout the day as they upgrade units, etc. etc.
