They have a multitude of clauses within their agreement so after you move out they come back and try and hold you responsible for their negligence. The unit had a mold issue in the laundry room due to improper ventilation and they tried to blame us and collect 7 months after we moved out. They state that their contract has a mold clause that the tenant is responsible.
