The apartment looked very nice but had a possible mold problem that was not taken seriously by management. We had several maintenance issues that were never fixed in 3 years! The manager (last manager before we moved) lived above us and held frequent parties during the week with loud music, beer and garbage dumping off their balcony onto ours, yelling... even after we asked them to be quiet. The place felt like a college dorm by the time we moved. There was a lot of turnover (management and tenants) during the time we were there. Parking was often a nightmare since there were few spots. We're much happier since we moved away from there!
