I rented here for 12 months, and I think management changed a total of three times! While courteous, actual service was terrible; managements skills were definitely lacking. Getting maintenance to tend to matters took weeks, literally. We would schedule an appt., and they would simply not show up. Further, multiple visits were required because of poor workmanship, and my door was left unlocked TWICE! Sometimes I wasn't notified of when maintenance would come because I gave permission to enter, but they failed to leave any notes about coming in and I called the police THREE times because I thought someone had come into my home uninvited.

The sad thing is, the layouts of the apartments are really nice, and the location is awesome. However, the walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors your experience here could take a turn for the worse.

Basically, for the price of rent, I give the management AND the apartments two thumbs DOWN. If I'm going to pay this kind of money to rent a place, I expect prompt service, great workmanship on maintenance requests, and timely follow up from management. I received none of the above.
