Absolutely the best place to live for location. Close to everything- 405 and 520; all of Eastside and Seattle accessable within 10 minutes. Downtown Kirkland less than minutes away, beaches and waterfront very close. Remodeled units are very classy with marble, hardwood flooring and newly carpeted floors, and granite counter tops. Vaulted ceilings for top units. Weight room sucks, what do you expect for free. Parking alright, not best. My car was stolen from the lot, not the safest place. Overall, a nice, reasonably quiet place to live.
