Not too bad - This place is not perfect but it's not too bad... The location is pretty good, very close to DT Bellevue, 520 and 405. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Very High Move-out charges - Don't rent if you can avoid it.. - They have decent apartments, but it is a pain getting anything done with them.
