Good deal for the price - I realize most people that review places are probably upset with their stay, but I really liked mine. The apartments were a little bit older, but they were huge and cheaper than everything else comparable in the area (my friend lived up the street and had about 200 less square feet but paid about $100 more a month). Lived here 2 years - I have lived at LArkin Place for 2 years now, and my only complaint is the garbage situation.
